ckbd Terms & Conditions

1. General Information & Acknowledgement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the ckbd online gaming platform ("Platform", "ckbd", "we" or "us") and the user ("you", "player" or "member").

ckbd reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This process may require a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing your login details with anyone else or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

• Deposits must be made only from a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile wallet from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and the bonus is ৳2,000, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳16,000 or more and the maximum bonus is ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

All bonuses must meet specific wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal:

• Wagering requirement: you must bet 20 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a set expiry period and will be cancelled once that period has passed.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• ckbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various sports events at ckbd. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled or remains unresolved, it will be settled according to the applicable betting rules.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using impartial, certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and there is no predetermined pattern.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to network problems, technical errors, or any other reason, ckbd will ensure correct settlement to the best of its ability. In such situations, ckbd's decision will be considered final.

6.4 Incorrect Values or Odds

If abnormal or incorrect odds or bonuses are displayed due to a technical error, ckbd reserves the right to cancel that transaction. Bets placed by taking advantage of such errors will be considered void.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ckbd:

• Creating and operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Opening an account with a false identity or false information.
• Abusing the bonus system, such as claiming a bonus and attempting to withdraw without placing bets.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account or attempted hacking.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or illegal transactions using third-party payments.
• Participating in match fixing or illegal activities.
• Harassing or defrauding other members on the platform.
• Using the ckbd brand or logo without authorization.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by ckbd

ckbd may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Detection of underage use.
• Legal order or request from authorities.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is recommended that you withdraw any eligible balance before closing your account.

9. Limitation of Liability
